Echoes of Silence – Retreat Policies 1. Safety & Supervision Your daughter will be supervised at all times by trained facilitators. We create a safe, calm, and respectful environment where every participant is cared for. 2. Health & Allergies Please inform us of any allergies, medical needs, or emotional considerations during registration. We do our best to accommodate all needs and ensure safety. 3. Participation Activities are gentle and optional. No child is ever forced to speak or participate beyond her comfort level. We honor every girl’s pace. 4. Arrival & Pick-Up Parents/guardians are responsible for drop-off and on-time pick-up. A photo ID may be required for pick-up for safety. 5. Personal Belongings We recommend phones be silenced or put away during sessions to support the retreat experience. Echoes of Silence is not responsible for lost or damaged items. 6. Cancellations & Refunds If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds are offered up to 48 hours before the retreat. Last-minute cancellations can receive credit for a future retreat. 7. Photography (Optional) We may take gentle, non-identifying photos of the retreat environment for marketing. We never photograph your child without explicit parent permission. You can opt out at any time. 8. Behavior & Respect We foster kindness, inclusivity, and emotional safety. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may require a parent to pick up their child early. This is rare but important for group safety. 9. Emergency Contact An emergency contact must be provided. In the unlikely event of injury or emergency, parents will be notified immediately. 10. Consent By completing registration, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these policies and give permission for your child to participate.
