Echoes of Silence – The Quiet Strength Retreat Policies 1. Safety & Supervision Your son will be supervised at all times by trained facilitators. We maintain a grounded, calm, and respectful environment where every young man is supported and cared for. 2. Health, Allergies & Emotional Needs Please share any medical conditions, allergies, or emotional considerations during registration. This helps us ensure your son’s safety and provide the most supportive environment possible. 3. Participation All activities are optional and paced gently. No boy is ever pressured to speak or participate beyond his comfort level. We honor each young man’s process and personality. 4. Arrival & Pick-Up Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up. A photo ID may be required for pick-up to ensure safety. 5. Personal Belongings To support focus and grounding, we encourage boys to silence or put away phones during the retreat. Echoes of Silence is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. 6. Cancellations & Refunds If you need to cancel, please notify us as early as possible. Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the retreat. Last-minute cancellations may receive credit toward a future retreat. 7. Photography (Optional) We may take non-identifying photos of the retreat setting for marketing purposes. We never photograph your son without explicit parent permission. You may opt out at any time. 8. Behavior & Respect Silent Sons is built on emotional safety, respect, and grounded masculinity. If a participant displays unsafe or highly disruptive behavior, we may contact a parent for early pick-up. This is rare but necessary for group wellbeing. 9. Emergency Contact An emergency contact is required. In the unlikely event of injury or emergency, parents/guardians will be notified immediately. 10. Consent By completing registration, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these policies and give permission for your son to participate in the Silent Sons retreat.
