Rooted & Radiant is a gentle, faith-inspired retreat that helps teen girls reconnect with their inner strength, build healthy emotional habits, and feel truly seen—not just as students or daughters, but as young women with voice, value, and vision.

This is a one-day (or weekend) guided wellness retreat for girls ages 12–17. It’s designed to help them slow down, unplug, and reconnect with their inner voice through nature, journaling, silence, sisterhood, and self-care practices inspired by both Biblical wisdom and holistic wellness.
All retreat sessions are led by experienced, background-checked adult facilitators. Our team includes certified coaches, wellness educators, and youth mentors, many of whom are mothers themselves. We maintain a 1:5 adult-to-youth ratio for safety and personal attention.
Our retreats focus on well-being, mindfulness, reflection, and inner peace, welcoming guests from all backgrounds and beliefs.
We honor each person’s individual faith journey.
Activities such as meditation, silence practices, grounding exercises, journaling, and nature walks are universal and can be experienced through your own personal lens — whether spiritual, religious, or secular.
There are no required religious teachings or practices.
Participants are always free to pray, reflect, or observe their own traditions privately if they choose.

That is perfectly okay — Echoes of Silence is intentionally designed to support girls who are introverted, anxious, or sensitive to pressure. Our environment is calm, nurturing, and deeply respectful of personal comfort.
Many of our activities include quiet individual time, soft reflection, and optional sharing.
No one is ever required to speak, participate in a group, or step outside their comfort zone.
We create space where each girl can:
Move at her own pace
Engage in ways that feel safe for her
Feel seen without feeling exposed
Build confidence gently and naturally
Shy or anxious girls often thrive here because the retreat honors who they are — not who they are expected to be.
We’ll provide a full packing list in advance, but basics include:
Comfortable clothes and walking shoes
Water bottle
Journal (we also provide one in her welcome kit)
Light layers or blanket for outdoor sessions
Examples may include:
Fresh fruits and smoothies
Whole-grain bowls
Light sandwiches or wraps
Warm soups or rice dishes
Veggie and protein options
We also offer herbal teas and plenty of water throughout the day.

Please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions, and we will happily accommodate them. We take care to avoid cross-contamination and create meals that every girl can enjoy with confidence and ease.
We encourage girls to unplug during the retreat for a full mental reset. However, a parent hotline will be available for urgent matters, and girls can access staff phones if they need to speak with you.

Yes. We believe every girl deserves access to healing and reflection, regardless of financial situation. Partial scholarships are available — simply check the box during registration and we’ll reach out.
