Rooted & Radiant is a gentle half-day wellness retreat designed to support teen girls ages 12–17 in building confidence, calm, and emotional balance. Through nature-based activities, quiet reflection, creative expression, and supportive guidance, participants learn simple practices they can carry into everyday life.

This retreat offers a safe, nurturing space for girls who may feel overwhelmed, shy, anxious, or simply in need of rest and grounding. Every activity is designed to empower, uplift, and help them reconnect with themselves.
